I am not responsible for any damaged imaged that has arrived damage in the envelopes provided.
I do my best to write do not bend, and send in a sturdy protected envelope.
I pack the images inside an envelope along with a cellophane bag and heavy cardstock to prevent the bending from occurring
But the USPS you simply never know.
however it is up to you to assure that your images arrive on time.
There is an option for priority, I recommend purchasing priority to assure your images arrive safely.
